Now heading up the air conditioning side and managing operations, Glenn enjoys seeing every project through from the first call to final completion.
What I Enjoy Doing Outside of Work:
Outside of work, Glenn is a dedicated family man, married to Sinead, with twin boys Connor and Dylan keeping him on his toes. When he’s not in the office or on-site, you’ll likely find him at the gym, playing football, or playing guitar
Don Raghip
Director
Role at Pretty Cool Customers:
Don came in as a Director to Pretty Cool Customers in 2011 to grow the Refrigeration side of the business. Don has grown that side of the business from scratch to where it is today.
What I Like about Working for Pretty Cool Customers:
Working with varied clients and varied sites, you get to meet all different people end work in so many ditterent sectors of work.
What I Enjoy Doing Outside of Work:
Outside of work, Don lives with his partner Vicki and two daughters, Maisie and Maggie. Don is a keen Golfer and enjoys playing football. Every now and again you will get Don on the Decks livening up any party

Refrigeration Engineer

Gavin joined Pretty Cool Customers in 2024 as a Refrigeration Engineer. With a vast amount of knowledge and experience, he has shown his value straight from the get go
What I Like about Working for Pretty Cool Customers:
Every day is different and never in the same place or same job twice. Working alongside Rae and Don brings great dynamics to the team.
What I Enjoy Doing Outside of Work:
Outside of work, Gavin is preparing for the big day! If he isn’t organising the wedding, you will find him at Stevenage FC or practicing his boxing skills down at the boxing club
Alfie Williams
Air Conditioning Engineer
Alfie joined Pretty Cool Customers in November 2025 as part of our growing air conditioning team.
He mainly works on air conditioning installations and planned maintenance across London and the South East, supporting both commercial and domestic projects. Alfie takes pride in neat, professional installs and ensuring every system is set up correctly for long term performance and reliability.
What I like about working at Pretty Cool Customers
The team environment and support from everyone. There is a real focus on doing things properly and helping each other improve.
Outside of work
Alfie enjoys boxing, playing five a side football and focusing on personal development.
Rae Daniell
Refrigeration Apprentice
Role at Pretty Cool Customers:
Rae joined Pretty Cool Customers in June 2024 to jump in on the apprenticeship scheme. He is currently in his first year of CNWL learning Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heat Pump Systems
What I Like About Working for Pretty Cool Customers:
I enjoy the different types of equipment you get to work on, from Ice machines, cellar coolers, walk in fridges and bottle fridges. Learning from engineers that have a vast knowledge base is great for my progression in the industry
What I Enjoy Doing Outside of Work:
Rae is a West Ham season ticket holder, plays football and socialising

Office Manager
Role at Pretty Cool Customers:
Laura Allan joined Pretty Cool Customers in January 2021 as Office Support. She manages client communications, scheduling, and admin tasks, ensuring smooth operations with her proactive approach.
What I Like About Working for Pretty Cool Customers:
I enjoy the collaborative and friendly atmosphere. It’s great to be part of a team that values both staff and clients.
What I Enjoy Doing Outside of Work:
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, reading, and eating out!
